On 11th January 2011, Jersey Post will issue a third set of stamps in the series entitled 'Jersey Transport' and a selection of coaches which have graced the roads of Jersey are featured.  Being an Island which has continued to attract a wealth of tourists over the years, Jersey is fortunate to have had a variety of coach operators offering tours and excursions to both locals and visitors alike.  The first horse-drawn 'excursion cars' began to operate in Jersey during the mid-nineteeth century and a plethora of operators and chassis types ensued, some of which can still be seen motoring around the Island today, available to hire for private functions and weddings.
